Jenny Noonan is developing a communication strategy for the Institute. Prior to joining the Institute, Jenny was an award-winning investigative reporter for a newspaper organization in Pennsylvania and South Jersey. In that role she focused on health, covering topics such as aging, behavioral health, substance use disorder, environmental contamination and toxicology, and the health care industry. She also has experience working in state government as well as victim services and advocacy work.
