Tina Dharamdasani (M.S., Rutgers School of Public Health) is a Research Study Coordinator for the Community Health and Aging Outcomes (CHAO) Lab at the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research. She assists with several health outcomes research studies at all stages- from conceptualization and proposal development to project management, data documentation, analysis, and dissemination. Tina’s research training at the School of Public Health focused on policy modifiable factors affecting level of care in Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) patients. Building on her training in health economics, outcomes research, and pharmacoepidemiology, she aims to advance her skills through applied research to benefit population health of older adults, with a focus on people living with ADRD. She has experience in geriatric health services research at an academic institution where she provided support in grant submission process, project management, data analysis and dissemination of results. She was also part of a breast cancer disparities research study at Rutgers School of Public Health for which she conducted virtual rating of NJ neighborhoods; and a stroke education community health research study at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School for which she assisted with data management, analysis, and general research coordination activities.
